- How will trainees know that their WSQ e-Certs are ready for download after their assessments? – If trainees are logged into the MySkillsFuture mobile app, they will receive a push notification informing them that their WSQ e-Certs are ready for access and download (Note: The MySkillsFuture mobile app can be downloaded from Apple App Store and Google Play).Otherwise, trainees can log in to the MySkillsFuture portal via Singpass to keep a lookout for push notifications informing them that WSQ e-Certs are ready for access and download.To download WSQ e-Certs, trainees are to log in to the MySkillsFuture portal via Singpass > go to Skills Passport > Certificates.Please note that WSQ e-Certs will not be generated for voided, exempted and Not-Yet-Competent assessment results.
- How can trainees get replacements for misplaced WSQ certificates? – Trainees who are Singaporeans and permanent residents can log in to the MySkillsFuture portal to download a copy of their WSQ e-Certs.Trainees who are foreigners can approach their respective training organisations for assistance in downloading a copy of their WSQ e-Certs.
- What should trainees do if they cannot find their WSQ e-Certs in their Skills Passport? — Trainees will have to check with their respective WSQ Approved Training Organisations (ATOs) as their WSQ e-Certs might not be ready for download yet.Note: Trainees’ WSQ e-Cert Statement of Attainments (SOAs) will be ready two (2) working days after WSQ ATOs have successfully uploaded their assessment results onto SkillsConnect.
