Can I apply for a SG arrival card at the airport?

Travelers to Singapore were required to submit an electronic arrival card online before arriving at the immigration checkpoint. This is typically done through the official website of the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of Singapore or other official channels. If you did not complete the electronic arrival card before arriving in Singapore, you might encounter delays at the airport. It’s recommended to complete the arrival card online before your trip to ensure a smooth entry process.

All travelers are required to submit the SG Arrival Card before arriving in Singapore, except:

  • Those transiting/transferring through Singapore without seeking immigration clearance; and
  • Residents (Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents, Long-Term Pass holders*) travelling through Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints.

Long-Term Pass holders include holders of Student’s Pass, Dependant’s Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass and Work Pass.

You are required to submit the SGAC within three (3) days (including the day of arrival) before arrival in Singapore. This is to avoid unnecessary delays during immigration clearance upon your arrival.
