This application is for parents/guardians of current students to set up GIRO arrangements with MOE for the payment and refund of fees, enrichment programmes and charges in MOE Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, Junior Colleges and Centralised Institute. MOE Kindergartens are not included. The SingPass User may only use his/her own DBS/POSB accounts for this application. Do note that Joint account that needs two approvals cannot be used through this platform. Please get ready your bank account details to complete this form. Your application will be reviewed by MOE, and subject to final approval by DBS.
