How can I check my URA change of status?

To check the change of use or redevelopment status of a property in Singapore, you can visit the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) website and use their e-Service called “Development Control Enquiry System” (DCE). Here’s how you can access the DCE:

Go to the URA website at https://www.ura.gov.sg/.
Click on the “e-Services” tab on the top menu bar.
Scroll down to the “Planning” section and click on “Development Control Enquiry System”.
Login with your SingPass or CorpPass account.
Once you have logged in, you can search for the property by entering the property address or using the map search function. The DCE will display the planning and development information for the property, including the current land use zoning, planning permissions, and any recent change of use or redevelopment applications.

If you require further information or assistance, you can contact URA’s Development Control Group at Tel: 6223 4811 or email: ura_dcd@ura.gov.sg.
