If you have an entity registered with ACRA, you may view your Business Profile through one of the following ways:
1. Log on to www.bizfile.gov.sg using your CorpPass. Under “My Dashboard”, click on My Entity to view basic profile details.
2. To download the Business Profile, you have to purchase it on iShop. Log on to www.bizfile.gov.sg. Under “Buy Information”, click on Business Profile.
3. File your annual return or annual declaration on BizFile and get a free Business Profile within a day.
Business Profile is a PDF report that provides basic entity information such as registration number (UEN), entity name, business activities, registration date and also information of position holders or business owners. It can be used to verify the entity’s information.

How to buy:
A Business Profile costs $5.50.
To purchase the product:
- Login at BizFile+
- Go to Buy Information
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email within 15 minutes, with a download link to access the product.
Alternatively, you can also access the product at the “Messages” section upon successful BizFile+ login.
Please note that the link for the purchased product will expire seven days after purchase.
Note: A Business Profile is given free to all newly incorporated or registered entities; and businesses that successfully renew their business registration, or file their annual returns / annual declaration.
Authenticity of ACRA’s Business Profile
The authenticity of a Business Profile issued by ACRA can be verified free-of-charge. An online product authentication page will display information of the product type, the date of purchase, and list the names of the entity’s officers and positions.
This value-added service is available for 30 days from the date of purchase.
The online authentication page is accessible by:
- Scanning the QR code on the last page of the Business Profile (by using a QR code reader or download any QR code scanner application on a smartphone); or
- Keying in the authentication number and the UEN at iShop’s Product Authentication page.
Please note that a Business Profile is not a certified copy. Should you require a certified Business Profile, please purchase Business Profile with Certificate of Production.
