How do I renew the registration of my trade mark?
You may renew the trade mark registration via Form TM19 online via IP2SG or IPOS Go Mobile app .
The fee payable is dependent on the date on which you file for renewal. The fees shown below are applicable for online filing:
Renewal of registration (made on or 6 months before the date of expiry): S$380 x number of classesLate renewal of registration (made within 6 months from the date of expiry): S$560 x number of classes
Restoration of registration (made between 6 to 12 months from the date of expiry): S$610 x number of classes
