The fees charged depends on the complexity of the case. As at July 2023, the fees range of the 20 most visited Certificate Issuers across the three groups of professionals for LPA Form 1 certification are as follows:

| Lawyers | $50 to $300 |
| Psychiatrists | $154 to $600 |
Fees exclude consultation and GST.
As for the application fee, the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) has extended the LPA Form 1 application fee waiver for Singapore citizens to 31 March 2023, to encourage more Singaporeans to plan ahead and apply for a Lasting Power of Attorney
