2022 Supplementary Registration Exercise For The
Singapore-Cambridge GCE N(T)-, N(A)-, O- and A-Level Examination
The 2022 Private Candidates’ Registration Exercise for the Singapore-Cambridge GCE N(T)-, N(A)-, O- and A-Level examinations has ended.
If you have missed the registration exercise, you can still register for the GCE-Level examinations in the supplementary registration exercise. This exercise is only for the subjects examined in the Year-End examinations. Registration for the Mid-Year Mother Tongue Language examinations is no longer allowed.
Registration has to be made via SEAB’s Candidates Portal (CP) from 4 May 2022 to 17 May 2022 (11:59 pm). In addition to the subject fees, a late entry fee of S$50.00 per examination level will be charged. All fees are inclusive of 7% GST.
Registration using Singpass
If your are eligible for Singpass, you must register for the examination with your Singpass credentials. Please visit the Singpass website for details on how to register or activate your Singpass account before the supplementary registration exercise.
Once you have obtained your Singpass credentials, you may refer to the CP’s guide for Singpass users for the steps to register for the examinations.
Registration without Singpass
If your are not eligible for Singpass, please create an account in CP. You may refer to the CP’s guide for non-Singpass users for the steps to create an account and register for the examinations.
Before Registering
You must read the registration information and the CP’s guide on examination registration before you register for the examinations. The registration information document contains information on the subjects / papers and their examination fees.
Please have the following information ready before you register online:
- Your NRIC No. or Foreign Identification No.
- Your email address
- The subjects that you wish to register for, including the subject name and subject code
- Singpass account details (for those who are eligible for Singpass) or Candidates Portal username and password (for those who are not eligible for Singpass)
- Your credit card / debit card / PayNow details
Payment of Examination Fees
In order to register, you must pay your examination fees in CP via credit card / debit card / PayNow by 17 May 2022, 11:59 pm.
Subject Amendments
For registrations made during the supplementary registration exercise, you may change the subjects / papers that you have registered for without any fee, if you have not paid your examination fees online and if the amendments are made before the end of the registration period.
Should there be amendments to your registered subjects / papers after payment has been made or after the registration deadline of 17 May 2022, 11:59 pm, you will need to pay a one-time amendment fee of $20 per amendment request. This is in addition to the fee for each of your added subjects. All fees are inclusive of 7% GST. You will receive a 50% refund of subject fees for any subjects that you have removed.
Please note:
- No amendments are allowed for registered GCE O- and A-Level Mid-Year Mother Tongue Language subjects.
- Amendments for GCE N(T)-/N(A)/O-/A-Level Year-End subjects must be completed by 1 July 2022. No amendments are allowed after this date.
SEAB will not accept amendment requests from 2 July 2022.
