HOW TO APPLY

Submit Online Application

Applicants may apply electronically via Singapore Polytechnic Course Application Service & Enquiry (SP CASE) website.

Before you begin submitting the application, we strongly encourage you to read through the step-by-step guide (PDF) to have an idea of the online application. 

SUBMISSION OF SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

After submitting the online application, all applicants are required to submit CLEAR copies of the following relevant documents within THREE working days from the application closing date

  • NRIC (front and back) for Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents
  • Passport for international applicants
  • Academic results 
  • CCA record

You may submit the supporting documents via ONE of the following methods:

Method 3: By Hand

Submit your supporting documents at the One Stop Centre (OSC)

Venue: Block T16 Level 1

Opening Hours: Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 7pm

A drop box is located outside OSC where documents may be deposited after office hours. 

APPLICATION STATUS AND ENQUIRY

You may check if your application has been received by the Admissions Office via the Singapore Polytechnic Course Application Service & Enquiry (SP CASE) website.

All applicants will be notified of the application outcome via email by mid-April. 

Frequently Asked Questions
Question 1: I forgot / unable to print the DAE application Acknowledgement Slip. Must I attach the Acknowledgement Slip when submitting the supporting documents?
You are not required to attach the Acknowledgement Slip if you are uploading your documents at SP CASE within the application period. However, if you are mailing in or submitting the supporting documents personally at the One Stop Centre (OSC), please write your name, identification number, mobile number and the courses you have applied on the cover page of your supporting documents.For the mailing address or the location of OSC, you may refer to How To Apply.
Question 2: What are the supporting documents to submit?

Question 3: When must I submit the supporting documents?
You must submit the supporting documents within 3 working days from the application closing date. Otherwise, your application will not be considered.
