What countries are in the International North-South Transport Corridor?

the International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC) is a multi-modal transportation route that aims to connect South Asia to Central Asia, the Caucasus, and Europe. It is designed to facilitate the movement of goods and enhance trade and transportation links between the participating countries. Russia, Iran and India signed the agreement for the NSTC project on 16 May 2002. All three countries are founding member states on this project.
