Corppass is a corporate digital identity for businesses and other entities (such as non-profit organisations and associations) to transact with Government agencies online. Managed by Government Technology Agency (GovTech), Corppass is the single login method for G2B transactions from 1 September 2018.
Do all companies have Corppass?
Yes, it is required for most businesses, non-profits and associations in Singapore. If your entity has a unique entity number (UEN), a standard identification for the entities registered in Singapore, you can only access your transactions with the government using CorpPass
What is the difference between Singpass vs CorpPass?
Singpass is a login ID and password which allows users to access hundreds of government services easily and securely online.
CorpPass is a corporate digital identity for businesses and other entities (such as non-profit organisations and associations) to transact with Government agencies online.
From 1 Sep 2018, business entities can only use CorpPass to file transactions on ACRA’s BizFile+ and BizFinx portals.
The only exception are individuals who are registering a business or incorporating a company or applying to become a registered qualified individual, public accountant or approved liquidator. These individuals will use their Singpass until they have been allocated a UEN, which they can then use to set up their CorpPass to continue filing transactions with ACRA.
