As per the QS World University Ranking by Subject, SMU holds the 76th rank for its Social Sciences and Management Programme and the 99th rank overall in the QS Asia University Rankings. It was further adjudged as the 2nd best University in Asia for its Master of IT in Business course. It is recognised as the first institution in Asia to be accredited as a “Changemaker Campus”. SMU was the 8th best business school in Asia by the Financial Times EMBA ranking, the 1st University in Singapore to achieve AAHRPP accreditation, and the 1st in Asia for its Masters in Wealth Management Programme, among many other honours received by the school.
