For convenience, CHAS strongly encourage it’s members to submit their renewals through CHAS online by logging in with your Singpass account. Alternatively, they may complete and sign the hardcopy form, and mail it to Bukit Merah Central Post Office, P.O. Box 680, Singapore 911536.
Existing CHAS cardholders may have their CHAS cards automatically processed for renewal three months before expiry. Members households’ eligibility will be evaluated based on their latest household circumstances (i.e. income and composition) and they will receive a letter informing them of their household’s renewal outcome.
However, if CHAS requires more information from their members to reassess their households’ CHAS eligibility, CHAS will send them a renewal invitation package about three months before their card expire.
If a member does not receive any renewal letter 1 month before his/her card’s expiry, please he/she should submit a renewal online or via a hardcopy form to continue receiving CHAS subsidies after his/her current card expires.
