The digital CHAS card will be automatically available on the Singpass app for new and existing CHAS cardholders aged 15 years and above. It can be accessed from the ‘My Cards’ section on the Singpass app.
To request for a replacement card, please complete this form. We will generally respond within 3 working days from the date of enquiry. Depending on the complexity of your enquiry, we will notify you if more time is required. Alternatively, you may call our hotline at 1800-ASK-CHAS (1800-275-2427).
Unless otherwise indicated, CHAS cards typically have a validity period of 2 years, after which they need to be renewed.

The Blue card is considered the best because, Cardholders with the Blue Chas Card get the most subsidies followed the Orange CHAS cardholders who get less while the Green CHAS card cardholders get the least subsidies.
You can login to MyCHAS to check the amount of subsidies/balance you have left for the year. Alternatively, You can check with your GP clinic the amount of subsidies you have left for the calendar year. Or call the CHAS hotline 1800-275-2427 (1800-ASK-CHAS) for all inquiries.
