Members or prospective members can log in MYCARD on SingPass app to check your latest CHAS cards’ status. If one’s latest CHAS status does not match his/her digital CHAS card on the Singpass app, please call the CHAS hotline at 1800-275-2427. Alternatively, he/she may write to enquiry@chas.sg on the issue. CHAS officers will provide you with further assistance.
