To check the status of your HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) Letter application in Singapore, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the HDB Flat Portal using your Singpass account.
  2. Select “My Flat Dashboard” and then “I am new/resale flat buyer”.
  3. You will be notified via SMS when your HFE letter is available for your viewing on the HDB Flat Portal. You can view your HFE letter (when ready) by selecting “Check status of application/ view HFE letter” .
