| 1. Can I arrange for a photoshoot with my class / cohort in NYP? | Should the situation allow, there will be specific designated photo sites on campus.For group photos, graduands are reminded to keep to 8 or less individuals per group photo, and to observe safe management measures at all times. |
| 2. Can I remain on campus after my graduation ceremony ends? | You are advised to head home after your graduation ceremony ends and not to remain on campus. |
| 3. I am a Full-Time National Servicemen (NSF). Can I register to attend? | We will inform MINDEF about the Graduation Ceremony dates.NSFs can request for time off to attend their Graduation Ceremony, subject to exigencies of services and to each unit’s training schedule. Do note that MINDEF holds the final decision for NSFs to be released for the Graduation Ceremony. |

Will there be any refreshments after the ceremony? | Given the current COVID-19 situation and the enhanced social distancing measures in place, there will not be any refreshments served after the ceremony.You are advised to head home after your graduation ceremony ends and not to remain on campus. |
| e-Registration Matters | |

| 1. How do I register my attendance for Graduation 2021? | All graduands, including those in National Service, are to indicate their attendance from 05 Apr 2021 to 23 Apr 2021 here. You will be asked to log in using your Admin No. as the login ID and Date of Birth (YYYYMMDD) as the password.Upon successful submission of your attendance, you will receive a confirmation email sent to both your NYP and preferred email address (indicated during registration). You can expect to receive a second email five working days before your graduation ceremony date with details on your designated zone and registration barcode. You will need to bring along the registration barcode for registration at your reporting venue on the actual day. |

Why are guests not invited? | To protect our graduands and NYP community, graduation ceremonies will be held over several days, with a cap of 250 participants per session with clear zoning for groups of 50 persons.Given the space constraints, we are unable to accommodate guests.Family members are invited to view the live stream of the event online and celebrate this milestone with us virtually. |

How do I collect my diploma if I am unable to attend the graduation ceremony? | You may collect your diplomas from 21 May 2021 onwards from i@Central and collection is strictly by appointment only. | 2. I am currently overseas. How will I receive my Diploma certificate and folder? | You may authorise in writing for a proxy to collect it on your behalf. The proxy’s last 4 digits of their NRIC number must be clearly stated in the authorisation letter and he/she must bring along his/her NRIC for verification when collecting your diploma.Your proxy can come down to collect your diploma certificate and folder from 21 May 2021 onwards from i@Central and strictly by appointment only. When and where can I order my Graduation Attire? | The online rental and purchase of your graduation attire will be available to you from 05 Apr 2021 to 23 Apr 2021 via the vendor’s website https://nypgraduation.sg/. Login with your Student Admin Number (e.g. 123456A) and type in your Date of Birth in YYYYMMDD format (e.g. 20001103 for 3rd Nov 2000) |
