Applicants who are late for their appointments must be prepared to wait longer as those who are on time for their appointments will be served first. Hence, you are advised to be punctual for your appointment to allow us to serve you promptly.

Can I renew passport at SingPost?

SingPost provides a one-stop service for applications/renewals and collections of passports. You may apply or renew your passport via ICA’s eService using your SingPass if your current passport is expiring in about 6 months or contain no space / pages for visas.
