Why is my property not listed?

The Information is retrieved based on the NRIC/FIN number or UEN provided by your lawyer at the time when the transfer for the property is lodged for registration. If the properties you own are not displayed, it could be due to any one of the following reasons:
a) The title records of your HDB property has yet to be digitised; or
b) There is no caveat lodged by you as a Purchaser for the private property or HDB flat that you have bought; or
c) Your identification number in our records differs from the NRIC/FIN number (Singpass) or UEN (Corppass) used at the time of login; or
d) The property is bought on trust and you are only the beneficiary and not the trustee.
