Inlis Singapore

INLIS (Integrated Land Information Service) is a one-stop portal which allows you to obtain property and land survey information such as property ownership information and survey plans provided by Singapore Land Authority. You can also obtain road line plans and railway protection plans provided by Land Transport Authority.

You can access INLIS from 8.00am to 11.00pm daily. System maintenance may be scheduled and the maintenance notice will be displayed on INLIS homepage.

Property Owners with 2FA Singpass can now view for free, the titles and plan information of their own private property/HDB flat with digitized records from MyProperty Portal.You can make payment with GIRO, Debit/Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard) and PayNOW using this e-serviceYou may encounter a longer processing time if you choose to pay via PayNow. Please do not purchase the same product again after you had selected to pay via PayNow. Please check your email for the invoice and product after the purchase. What is the difference between INLIS and MyProperty?

INLIS allows anyone, upon payment of a fee, to make a search for property title information of any property.

MyProperty portal allows property owners to view the title information only of their own properties. There is no fee payable for MyProperty search

What is the postal service offered by INLIS?

Customers can opt for postal service which is chargeable at $3.50 per product. This includes printing and mailing of the product(s) to the mailing address to be provided by the customer.

Please note that a postage fee of $47 (each) applies for Cadastral Map at A0 size.

What are the modes of payment in INLIS?

There are 3 modes of payment. You can pay through either:
• Credit Card / Debit Card.
• GIRO (recommended for corporate users)
• PayNow

Can I request for a refund?

Refund requests should be lodged with INLIS Helpdesk within 1 week from the time of purchase. Customers will be notified of the outcome within 3 working days.

Customers will need to provide the Purchase Order Number, contact details, and the reason(s) for requesting a refund. Other information may also be required, such as the Identity Card Number or credit card details depending on the mode of payment made.

How do I apply for GIRO payment?

To apply for GIRO payment, please download and complete the 3 forms below:
i. Inter-Bank GIRO Application Form 
ii. Direct Credit Authorisation Form (For future refund, if any) 
iii. INLIS Users Authorisation Form
